  • Stage 2: Paper Screening

  • Stage 3: One-Way Video Interview

    The one-way video interview is a convenient and efficient way for us to learn more about you and your qualifications. You'll be asked a series of pre-recorded interview questions and you will have the opportunity to record and submit your responses at your convenience within the given timeframe.

  • Stage 4: Preliminary Interview

    We are so excited to meet you! The purpose of this interview is to check if you meet the basic qualifications and if you are a good fit for the role before we do a more in-depth interview.

  • Stage 5: Final Interview

    The final interview is the last step in the application process. Our Talent Acquisition Team will focus on how well you fit the role, the company and our values. It’s also a great time for you to ask questions about the job or discuss next steps, like our rates and start dates. If all goes well, this is when you’re most likely to get the job offer!

  • Stage 6: Systems Check

    Systems Check

     

    A systems check is a meeting with one of our IT Specialists to make sure your devices (like your computer, internet and accessories) are working properly before your Day 1. This also ensures your setup meets data privacy and security standards. This helps everything run smoothly and securely!

  • Stage 7: Handoff Call

    Handoff Call

     

    It’s our way of making sure everyone’s on the same page before you start. This is where we discuss your Day 1 reminders and ensure that we’ve set you up for success right from the start!
